Driver Jamuna movie review

Story:

Aishwarya Rajesh becomes a cab driver after the demise of her father.

One day, she get a long-distance ride where she has to drop three passengers.

Soon Aishwarya Rajesh finds out that her passengers are actually contract killers and are on the way to murder a local minister.

What does Aishwarya Rajesh do after that, was she able to return back home safely, what happens to the contract killer forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:

Director Kinslin has relied on heavily on the final twist in the movie which has worked out really well.

The screenplay is written in such a way that the audience feel that the scenes are predictable but then there comes in the twist.

The scenes are made as close to reality as possible. Aishwarya is solid in her role as a driver and has done exceptionally well in the stunt sequences.

Rest of the characters do not have much scope and are just functional.

Ghibran’s music is pulsating and camerawork by Gokul Benoy fits the mood of the thriller.
