Vikram gets golden visa from UAE
For the past two years, the UAE has been offering golden visas to Kollywood celebrities. Permanent visas are not issued to foreigners in the UAE.
This golden visa is renewable every 10 years. A change in the visa process is brought about if the investors’ business fails or their property declines.
Holders of this visa will not have their visa revoked even if they leave the UAE and stay in another country for more than 6 months.
United Arab Emirates has granted such golden visa to actor Vikram. It was presented by actress Poorna and her husband Shanit, a Dubai businessman.
