Valimai to hit the screens on 24 February
Ajith Kumar’s upcoming film, Valimai, is one of the most anticipated movies of 2022. The film, directed by H Vinoth, was supposed to release in theatres on Pongal.
However, it got postponed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. On February 2, producer Boney Kapoor dropped a new poster and announced the release date of Valimai. The cop drama will grace the screens on February 24.
On February 2, producer Boney Kapoor took to Twitter to share a new poster featuring Ajith Kumar. He also announced the release date with the caption, “Actions speak louder than words. The wait is well & truly over. Feel the power on 24 Feb, in cinemas worldwide. #Valimai #Valimai240222 #ValimaiFromFeb24 (sic).”
Valimai is a cop drama in which actor Ajith will be seen as an IPS officer. According to director H Vinoth, the film is inspired by real-life incidents. Valimai is tipped to be a full-fledged entertainer with high doses of action and commercial elements.
