Trisha to star in Rajinikanth-Kamal Haasan’s ‘KH x RK’?
Reports are currently buzzing about Trisha Krishnan potentially joining the cast of the high-profile multi-starrer tentatively titled ‘KH x RK’, which features the legendary duo Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan.
While an official confirmation from the production team at Red Giant Movies is still pending, recent reports from May 2026 suggest that Trisha has been approached for a pivotal role and has reportedly given her nod.
This collaboration would be a major career milestone, as she has a successful history with both stars, having worked with Rajinikanth in Petta and with Kamal Haasan in films like Manmadhan Ambu, Thoongaa Vanam, and the upcoming Thug Life.
Speculation also points to a record-breaking remuneration of approximately ₹12 crore for her involvement in this project.
The film is being directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, who is currently finalizing the script and technical crew, including music composer Anirudh Ravichander and cinematographer Rajiv Menon.
The project is expected to go on floors between August and September 2026, with a target release window for a major festival in 2027.
