The trailer of ’83 has been release and took the Internet by storm.
The film, which is based on India’s World Cup win in 1983.
The film’s release was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic and it is now all set to hit theatres on December 24. Ranveer Singh plays the role of cricket legend Kapil Dev, while Deepika Padukone plays the role of his wife, Romi Bhatia.
The trailer takes you through the journey of the Indian cricket team and the struggles that they had to face. Deepika Padukone as Romi Bhatia is supportive throughout.
The film, directed by Kabir Khan, also stars Jiiva, Pankaj Tripathi, Ammy Virk, Tahir Raj Bhasin and Hardy Sandhu, among others.
