TN election: Polling on April 6, Counting on May 2
Polling for Tamil Nadu Assembly elections will be held on April, the Election Commission of India announced today.
Counting of votes polled on 6 April will be held on 2 May. Model code of conduct has come into immediate effect in the State.
Filing of nominations starts on March 12, while the laste date to do so is March 19, the Election Commission announced today.
