Thiruchitrambalam movie review

Story:

Dhanush plays Thiruchitrambalam, who works as a food delivery boy with no ambitions.

His life revolves around his grandfather (Bharathiraja) and his childhood friend- Shobana (Nithya Menen).

He has a strained relationship with his father (Prakash Raj), who works as a police officer.

As Thiru navigates through life trying to find love and purpose, what awaits in his journey forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:

Director Mithran Jawahar has weaved magic with a very familiar story. The way he has presented the flick is very pleasing to watch. One of the major strenghts of the movie is the casting.

Dhanush who was seen in larger than life in the recent past as shed his hero image and has comeback as the boy next door. He has delivered an effortless performance as Pazham.

Nithya Menen play one of the key characters in the movie and has delivered a splendid performance which is sure to impress the audience.

Bharathiraja gets a full fledge role in the movie and the veteran director-actor breathes life into the story. Prakah Raj as the strict father fits in the role perfectly.

Anirudh’s BGM and songs elevated the mood of the movie on so many occassions.
