The Honble judge passed judgement with regard to the film Jail.
The Honble judge passed judgement on 9/12/2021 with regard to the film Jail. In the order the Hon’ble Judge specifically directed the producer not to release the film Jail in Theatres till escrow agreement has been created by the producer.
After this order the producer has released the film Jail and the film Jail is running in theatres. Today the said case has been listed before the court for being mentioned and the same has been moved on the side of producer.
The Hon’ble judge has refused to modify the order and if required appropriate application shall be filed by the Producer.
In these circumstances, the film Jail has to be stopped immediately from running in theatres otherwise the same will amount to contempt of court order.
