Thalapathy 69 announcement to be made soon
Fans of Vijay are currently in celebratory mood as his latest film GOAT has earned Rs 300 crore at the global box office.
While the film is dominating cinema halls, Vijay is all set to move on to his next, Thalapathy 69.
It is said that announcement regarding Thalapathy 69 will be made soon.
Expectations surrounding the film are sky high, since it will be his final project before his political plunge.
The film will also mark his collaboration with H Vinoth, who is known for directing films such as Sathuranga Vettai (2014) Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru (2017), Nerkonda Paarvai (2019) and Valimai (2022).
It has been rumored that Simran will reunite with Vijay after 20 years. If the news turns true, then it will mark her collaboration with Vijay after 20 years.
Their last film together was Udhaya which released in 2004.
Vijay and Simran have worked together in films such as Priyamaanavale, Once More and Thulladha Manamum Thullum.
Malayalam actress Mamitha Baiju, is likely to play a significant role in the film.
