Teaser of Suriya’s Karuppu likely to be out on July 23rd

Suriya’s highly anticipated 45th film, tentatively known as ‘Suriya 45’, has officially been titled Karuppu.

The title was unveiled on June 20th, coinciding with director RJ Balaji’s birthday, along with an intense first-look poster.

While the title teaser was already released on June 20th, industry buzz suggests that a more comprehensive teaser for Karuppu is likely to be launched on July 23rd.

This courtroom social drama, marking Suriya’s collaboration with RJ Balaji for the first time, is expected to delve into significant socio-political themes such as social justice and caste oppression.

Trisha Krishnan stars as the female lead, reuniting with Suriya after Aaru.

Sai Abhyankkar is composing the music for the film, which is being produced by Dream Warrior Pictures.
