Tamil Nadu Governor Ravi calls on PM Modi in New Delhi
Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
During his meeting with the Prime Minister in the national capital, the Governor presented flowers and a shawl.
Pictures of Ravi meeting the PM were shared on the Tamil Nadu Raj Bhavan’s official ‘X’ page.
In a social media post, the Raj Bhavan quoted the Governor as: “Immensely happy to have met the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi Ji and have the benefit of his concern, vision and guidance in the service of the people of Tamil Nadu.”
Ravi also met the Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Kiren Rijiju in the national capital.
During his five-day trip to Delhi, he is likely to meet the President of India, Droupadi Murmu and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
