STORY:
A man dies in a suspicious manner and a police officer is asked to investigate her death. As he starts probe, he encounters many eerie things.
The ghost of the man who died appears wherever he goes and things get complicated. How the man died? Was it a murder? What is the ‘ghost’ trying to convey? These things form the rest of the movie.
ANALYSIS:
Horror films have set a trend in Kollywood for quite some time. One such film is, Sathura Adi 3500, directed by Jaison.
Ineya of Vaagai Sooda Vaa fame, who was last seen in Vaigai Express, plays a key role. The director has conveyed a thing or two about the real estate industry and has infused eerie elements.
While Ineya and Nikhil Mohan have performed well, Rahman has made a cakewalk in a character tailor-made for him. But it is a brief appearance There are veterans like Pratap Pothen, MS Bhaskar, Kovai Sarala, Thalaivasal Vijay, Saravana Subbaiah and Mano Bala in the cast.
The film talks about the travel of soul and its after-life. There are many interesting aspects to the story line. But things would have more interesting had the director focussed on narration and execution.
