ANALYSIS:

Kuttram 23 proves the power of writing and clear execution. In short, it’s the victory of writer Rajeshkumar and director Arivazhagan in the company of actor Arun Vijay, And needless to say, the trio is backed by a strong technical team.

Arun Vijay excels as a police officer. Be it body language, dialogue delivery or mannerisms, he is simply at it. Mahima is beautiful and delivers a good performance. The likes of Thambi Ramaiah and Abhinaya score well.

While Vishal Chandrasekar deserves pat for spine chilling background score, which is a must for movies of such genre, Bhaskaran’s cinematography needs a special mention.

There are few minus points, but they can be overlooked. For, Kuttram 23 is a racy thriller with so many twists and turns. If you love watching crime stories, you should not miss this one.
