Story:
Rudra is a cop who is transferred to the the coastal side of Chennai to curb the usage of drugs in the area.
Rudra’s honesty gets him in a tangle following which he becomes the target for everyone around him.
How does he overcomes it with the help of Radha Ravi, an advocate, forms the rest of the story.
Analysis:
Director Mohan G has made it a point to carefully add minute details to the story which make the proceedings engaging and realistic.
The details in which the drug mafia acts is clearly explained. Richard has improved a lot from his previous outing Draupathi.
He does well as a troubled cop. Richard is ably supported by Radha Ravi, Thamb Ramaiah and the rest of the cast. Dharsha Gupta and Deepa Shankar add an emotional angle to the flick.
Gautham Menon shines as the antagonist. Farooq’s camera has done a splendid job.
Jubin’s BMG adds to the mood of the movie.
