ANALYSIS:
With run time of just two hours, Adhey Kangal directed by Rohin Venkatesan is a crispy thriller which is laced with comedy and matured romance.
Producer C V Kumar has the knack to spot the right talent (read director) and he does it again in Adhey Kangal. Though the film takes time to set in, it gains momentum and the second half is good.
Kalaiarasan performs well as visually challenged and Janani Iyer looks beautiful. Sshivada steals the show with a strong character. Bala Saravanan provides enough comic relief.
Ghibran’s music adds momentum, while Ravivarman’s cinematography is stylish. On the whole, despite some dull moments, Adhey Kangal is solid and strong.
