1,212 contract nurses made permanent in Tamilnadu

Tamilnadu government passed resolutions to appoint 1,212 contract nurses as permanent government nurses. The temporary staff nurses have been demanding permanent posting for more than three years as they sought employment through the Medical Recruitment Board.
