1. What are the benefits offered under Rs 500 Super Celebration Pack?
Rs 500 Super Celebration Pack is a special Jio recharge packs that give you access to premium OTT apps worth approximately Rs 500 value, along with telecom benefits included in the Rs 349 plan such as unlimited 5G data, unlimited calls, and 2 GB/day high-speed data for 28 days.

2. How do I access OTT apps included in my Super Celebration Packs?
Most premium content can be watched directly using JioTV. Some OTT apps require login in their own apps. You can watch Zee5, Sony LIV, Lionsgate, Discovery+, FanCode, SunNXT, Hoichoi, Kanchha Lannka, Planet Marathi and Chaupal directly inside the JioTV app without separate login. You must activate YouTube Premium and Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition (PVME) subscription through MyJio app. After activation, open their respective apps and log in to access premium content. To access JioHotstar, just log in to the JioHotstar app using your Jio number.
3. Do I need to pay anything extra to access the included OTT apps?
No. All OTT apps included in your Super Celebration Pack are free to use during your plan’s validity.
4. What benefits do I get under YouTube Premium?
YouTube Premium gives ad-free videos, background play, offline downloads and access to YouTube Music Premium. You also get Smart Downloads, uninterrupted playback and a smoother overall viewing experience.
5. What benefits do I get from the Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition (PVME)?
Prime Video Mobile Edition gives you access to latest movies, shows and Amazon Originals on a single mobile device. No shopping or Prime Music benefits included.
6. What if I already have my own subscription to some OTT apps?
Your personal OTT subscriptions will continue separately. Super Celebration Pack benefits will still get activated even if you already have another subscription. You will not be able to claim subscription for Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition and YouTube Premium, in case you already have an existing subscription. Alternatively, you can claim these with an alternate ID on which there is no current valid subscription.
7. Can I watch the content on a large TV screen?
You can watch content on large screen using your YouTube Premium and JioHotstar subscription. For rest of the OTTs, viewing is limited to mobile screen only.
8. I can’t play premium content on JioTV app, even after buying the Plan. What should I do?

1. What is Rs 103 Flexi Pack?
The Rs 103 Flexi Pack offers the following benefits:
5GB high-speed 4G/5G data for 28 days.
A Flexi Pack as a voucher in your MyJio app, using which use can choose any one of the following benefits (with 28-day validity):
o Hindi Entertainment: JioHotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5
o International Entertainment: JioHotstar, Fancode, LionsGate, Discovery+
o Regional Entertainment: JioHotstar, SunNXT, Kancha Lanka, HoiChoi
2. How do I redeem the Flexi Pack benefits?
After you recharge with the Rs 103 plan, the 5GB data will get applied to your account automatically and the Flexi Entertainment Pack voucher will be available in your MyJio app under the “Voucher” section. You can select one of the three entertainment options (Hindi, International, or Regional) and then redeem the voucher. Once redeemed, you will get access to the selected OTT services for 28 days.
3. How do I access OTT apps included in my Multi OTT Plans?
Most premium content can be watched directly using JioTV while some OTT apps require login in their own apps.
You can watch Zee5, Sony LIV, Lionsgate, Discovery+, FanCode, SunNXT, Hoichoi, Kanchha Lannka directly inside the JioTV app.
To access JioHotstar, just log in on the JioHotstar app using your Jio number.
4. What happens if I don’t redeem my voucher within 28 days?
If you do not select or redeem your voucher within 28 days of recharging, OTT benefits may lapse
5. How long is the validity of the Flexi Pack?
The validity for 5GB data is 28 days from the day of the Flexi pack recharge. The entertainment benefit offered under the pack will be valid for 28 days from the date of redemption.
6. Can I change my selection after redeeming the voucher?
Once you redeem the voucher and select an option, it cannot be changed until the validity period of 28 days expires. If you want to enjoy a different set of OTT services, you can recharge again with the Rs. 103 plan to get another voucher.
7. Can I use my data and OTT services simultaneously?
Yes, you can use your 5GB high-speed data while enjoying the OTT services from your Flexi Pack.
8. What happens if I exhaust my 5GB data before 28 days?
If you exhaust your 5GB high-speed data before the 28-day period, you can recharge with any data pack to continue enjoy your selected OTT apps.
9. Do all OTT apps work automatically after redeeming the voucher?
Yes. Once the voucher is redeemed on your number, the included OTT apps become accessible through JioTV app (premium section)
