After delivering one of the biggest blockbusters with Marco, Cubes Entertainments returns with its next major cinematic venture — KATTALAN. Directed by debutant Paul George and presented by Shareef Muhammed, the film promises a thrilling ride through the wild, with intense action, layered storytelling, and a stellar cast.
Featuring Antony Varghese in the lead role, the film introduces a raw, grounded character caught in a brutal clash of survival and destiny deep within an untamed forest. Known for his intense screen presence and breakout performances, Antony brings grit and authenticity to Kattalan’s core.
Joining him is Sunil, who comes fresh off blockbuster hits like Pushpa and Jailer. Taking on a fierce new avatar, Sunil steps into a character that is both powerful and unpredictable — a far cry from his earlier roles and sure to surprise audiences.
Kabir Duhan Singh, who gave Indian cinema one of its most savage villains in Marco, reunites with Cubes Entertainments for Kattalan. His presence adds menace and tension, with a performance that promises to be as terrifying as it is unforgettable.
The film’s soundscape is helmed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath, the national award-winning composer of Kantara, whose music is expected to heighten every emotion and elevate the story’s immersive jungle setting.
With cinematography by Shameer Muhammed and action choreography by Kecha Khamphakdee and Kalai Kingson, Kattalan blends folklore, emotion, and action in a world where every character is either the hunter or the hunted.
