Stalin launches “Engirundum Ennerathilum” scheme for easy transfer of patta
Chief Minister MK Stalin on Friday launched “Engirundum Ennerathilum” scheme for easy transfer of patta (land documents) online.
The new scheme by the Revenue Department will ensure that people need not visit the common service centres or the sub-registrar offices for transfer of land documents. People can visit https://tamilnilam.gov.in/citizen and can register for transfer of land documents.
People need not visit banks for payment as it can also be done online.
After the registration process is over and the land transfer would be completed the new land documents can be downloaded for free from the same website and by this way the middlemen can be eliminated.
