Stalin inaugurates 29 completed project in Tirunelveli
Chief Minister M K Stalin inaugurated 29 completed projects at a cost of 74.24 crore and laid the foundation stone for 727 new projects worth Rs 156.28 crore in Tirunelveli on Thursday.
Addressing the people at the event, Stalin said,” Let us all unite to take Tamil Nadu to the top.”
“No constituency in the State should be left backward,” he said After inaugurating various development projects. Stalin said bringing happiness to all in Tamil Nadu could only be a remarkable achievement and the DMK-led government would hail this as a major achievement.
On the upcoming developments, he said, the much-awaited Tamirabarani-Karumeniyar-Nambiyar river interlinking project, which’s initiated by the late Karunanidhi, former chief minister, will be over by 2023 to benefit farmers relying on 23,000 ha and 50 villages. Moreover, a biodiversity environment park will come up at Manimuthar at Rs 7 crore, the Chief Minister said.
