Simbu shares special note to thank fans for their love
Overwhelmed by the reception for Maanaadu, Simbu shared a special note to thank his fans for their support.
He wrote, “Maanaadu is a film that was made with so much effort and faith in god. I wanted to make those who love me happy and now it has paid off. Maanaadu is running successfully across the globe. My thanks to producer Suresh Kamatchi, director Venkat Prabhu, all technicians, Maanaadu team, my parents, distributors, theatre owners, friends from the film industry, press and media, and my beloved fans.”
He continued saying, “I cannot express my emotions in one simple word – thanks. But, I cannot choose a better word than this. At the film’s audio launch, I was moved to tears. But, you [fans] did not let it touch the ground and showed so much love. You have made it a success. My thanks and wishes (sic).”
Maanaadu is a political thriller with time-loop concept at its core. The film directed by Venkat Prabhu, features Simbu, SJ Suryah, Kalyani Priyadarshan, SA Chandrasekhar, Manoj Bharathiraja, Premgi Amaren and Karunakaran in key roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music for the film.
