Sibi Sathyaraj’s Ten Hours to release on 18 April

Actor Sibi Sathyaraj is all set to return to the big screen with Ten Hours, a gripping thriller directed by debutant Ilayaraja Kaliyaperumal.

Originally planned for a Pongal release, the film is now officially hitting theaters on April 18. The announcement was made alongside the release of a new trailer, which offers a deeper glimpse into the suspenseful storyline.

In Ten Hours, Sibi Sathyaraj plays a police officer investigating a murder that occurs on a moving bus. As the title suggests, the film unfolds over a single night, with the officer racing against time to uncover the truth. The second trailer highlights the chain of events leading up to the crime and the intense pressure on all passengers, each of whom becomes a suspect.

Calling it an “edge-of-the-seat thriller,” Sibi Sathyaraj has described the film as one where “every second counts.” The film also features Gajaraj, Dileepan, Jeeva Ravi, Saravana Subbiah, and Raj Ayyappa in key roles.

On the technical front, Ten Hours has music by KS Sundramoorthy, cinematography by Jai Karthik, and editing by Lawrence Kishore. Arunshankar Durai has handled the art direction.

Produced by Latha Balu and Durgaini Vinoth under the Duvin Studios banner, the film will be presented by K Senthil under the Five Star banner.
