Shraddha Srinath’s The Game: You Never Play Alone now streaming on Netflix
Netflix has dropped its much-anticipated Tamil thriller The Game: You Never Play Alone, starring Shraddha Srinath in the lead.
The series, directed by Rajesh M. Selva, premiered on October 2, 2025, and is now available to stream in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and English, apart from its original Tamil release.
Produced by Applause Entertainment in collaboration with Netflix, the show marks one of the platform’s significant Tamil originals of the year.
Written by Deepthi Govindarajan, along with Rajesh M. Selva and Karthik Bala, the series dives deep into the dark side of the digital world, weaving a tense psychological thriller around gaming, misogyny in tech, and toxic online culture.
Shraddha Srinath plays Kavya, a talented and successful game developer who finds herself caught in a vicious web of harassment and betrayal. Her professional achievements make her a target of relentless online trolling, which soon spills into her real life.
The turning point comes when Kavya is found unconscious after a chilling night, sparking a desperate hunt to uncover who is behind the orchestrated attacks against her.
The cast also features Santhosh Prathap, Chandini Tamilarasan, Syama Harini, Bala Hasan, and Hema in pivotal roles. Together, they add layers to the story that blends mystery, psychological drama, and social commentary.
