Samuthirakani-starrer Thiru Manickam completes dubbing
Actor-director Samuthirakani is currently working in his upcoming Tamil film Thiru Manickam.
The makers of the film announced that the cast of the film has completed dubbing for their characters.
Directed by Nanda Periyasamy, who last made Anandham Vilayadum Veedu, the film also stars Bharathiraja, Thambi Ramaiah, Karunakaran, Chaams, Vadivukarasi, and Ilavarasu, among others.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the makers of the film announced that the cast has wrapped up dubbing for Thiru Manickam. “The Beautiful Process of Giving ‘Soul’ to the world of #ThiruManickam is completed! It’s a wrap up for Dubbing! Coming soon to fill your hearts with joy and emotions!” they wrote.
As per reports, Thiru Manickam is a societal drama set against the backdrop of Papanasam.
The director said, “The film highlights the difference between surviving and living. Among everyone who is trying to survive, this is a man who wishes to live. In short, the film is about how Manikkam becomes Thiru Manikkam.” He also added that the upcoming film is based on a true incident.
