Samantha offers prayers at Palani Murugan temple; Climbs 600 steps
Samantha Ruth Prabhu is gearing up for the release of her upcoming movie titled Shaakuntalam.
The actress visited Palani Murugan temple. To seek blessings she climbed 600 steps barefoot.
Samantha lit camphor on every step as she climbed 600 steps to complete the ritual.
Photos and videos were shared by her fan pages on social media.
Shaakuntalam was supposed to hit big screens on 17th February 2023.
It is a mythological drama based on the love story of King Dushyantha and Shakuntala.
Helmed by Gunasekhar the film is scheduled to open in cinemas on April 14th, 2023.
It will release in four languages – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.
