Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan reunite after 33 years on sets of Thalaivar 170
Actor Rajinikanth on Wednesday shared a photo of himself along with Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan.
He expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to share the screen space with Amitabh after a gap of over three decades.
“After 33 years, I am working again with my mentor, the phenomenon, Shri Amitabh Bachchan in the upcoming Lyca’s “Thalaivar 170″ directed by T.J Gnanavel. My heart is thumping with joy!” Rajinikanth captioned while sharing the photo.
Both Rajinikanth and Amitabh looked overjoyed about reuniting on the screen after an extensive hiatus. Rajinikanth played supporting roles in movies headlined by Amitabh during the early days of his career. The two acting legends shared screen space in movies like Geraftaar (1985) and Hum (1991).
