Pradeep Ranganathan starrer Dude locks crisp runtime ahead of Deepavali release
The stage is set for a festive box office battle as Pradeep Ranganathan’s highly anticipated film, Dude, has successfully completed its censor formalities and is racing towards its grand Diwali release.
The film has been granted a U/A certificate by the censor board. The official runtime for the romantic action-comedy has been locked at a “crisp” 140 minutes (2 hours and 20 minutes), a duration considered ideal for a fast-paced youthful entertainer.
The movie, starring Pradeep Ranganathan alongside the sensation Mamitha Baiju, is slated for a Diwali release on October 17, 2025.
Adding to the excitement, the makers—Mythri Movie Makers—have also announced that the film’s theatrical trailer is scheduled to drop on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
Fans are eager to witness the “mad ride” promised by the promotional taglines, especially after the huge success of Pradeep’s previous ventures like Love Today and Dragon.
