Pooja Hegde set to join Silambarasan for STR 48
The first-look poster for STR 48, which was revealed recently, immediately won the internet.
Now, some unconfirmed reports suggest that popular actress Pooja Hegde is set to join the project.
Pooja Hegde, who was last seen in the Thalapathy Vijay-starrer Beast, is set to return to Tamil cinema with the upcoming Desingh Periyasamy directorial.
As per the reports, the makers of STR 48 have approached Pooja Hegde to play the female lead opposite Silambasaran TR in the highly anticipated project.
The actress, who is currently in talks with the team, is expected to sign the dotted line very soon. In that case, the makers might soon announce the same with an official update.
The recently released poster features leading man Silambarasan in two similar avatars, with long hairdos, facing each other.
Going by the first look poster, there are high chances for the film to feature the talented actor in a double role.
