New poster from Ponniyin Selvan released
The makers of Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan, who recently resumed shooting for the film in Pondicherry, unveiled a new poster on Monday.
The new poster depicts the golden era coming back to life. The film is based on the Tamil novel of the same name, written by Kalki Krishnamoorthy.
Touted to be one of the most ambitious projects of Mani Ratnam, the film stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Chiyaan Vikram, Trisha, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Aishwarya Lekshmi and Ashwin Kakumanu in pivotal roles.
The cast and crew of the film will soon jet off to Hyderabad for a month-long schedule.
Music for the movie is by A R Rahman.
