MHA to hold crucial meeting today to discuss Delhi airport chaos

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) will chair a high-level meeting on Thursday amid complaints of overcrowding and chaos at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi at Terminal 3.

Sources said that discussion on immigration and infrastructure is likely to take place at the meeting, adding that it will be convened by the Home Secretary.

Union Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla will chair a high-level meeting on airport rush at the Ministry of Home Affairs at 11 am today.

Passengers have complained that they had to wait for two to three hours in the clearance area before the final departure of the flight.
