Manikandan-starrer romantic drama Lover clears censor formalities
Lover, the upcoming film starring actor Manikandan in the lead role, is set to release on February 9 in theatres.
Ahead of the release, the makers announced that the film has completed the censor formalities and has received a U/A certificate.
Lover is directed by Prabhuram Vyas in his feature film debut. He has earlier made the web series Livin, which is out on YouTube.
Lover also stars Kanna Ravi, who was featured in the web series.
Lover will release alongside Lal Salaam, starring Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in the lead roles.
The film has been getting positive word of mouth ahead of its release. In the latest, Udhayanidhi had appreciated the film . Revealing this, Manikandan posted on X, “It was such a pleasure to receive your wishes over call @Udhaystalin sir I feel so elated to learn that you loved & enjoyed our film #Lover For an upcoming artist like me, It feels great to be appreciated for my performance in detail.
