Lord Sri Ranganathar, Thiruther Festival at Lord Sri Ranganathar Temple, Tiruneermalai, Chennai took place on 19th April 2025 Saturday morning. Around 5 am to 5.30 am auspicious time the processional deity Lord Sri Ranganathar has come to the decorated Thiruther. At 7.30 am Thiruther took the procession and reached back by 12.30 pm . Till 7.30 PM all the devotees had the Darshan inside the Thiruther.
Alangaram to the Lord Sri Ranganathar was done by Sri Periya Balaji Bhattar, Sri Chinna Balaji Bhattar, Sri Prasana Bhattar, Sri Ravi Bhattar, Sri Raghavan Bhattar and other Bhattars.
Thousands of devotees gathered to pull the Thiruther and to get the blessings of Lord Sri Neervannar.
Number of devotees provided buttermilk, juices, drinking water and free food to the public who have participated in the Thiruther Festival.
Tamil Nadu Police Department has taken enough care for the safety of the public and smooth trafic during the Divine procession from the beginning to the end.
Arrangements for the same is being made by Sri M K Muthuraja B.Com., B.L EO, Sri K Sivakumar,Tarkar / Assistant Commissioner and Temple Staffs.
