The makers of Leo have announced that the movie has become the highest day one worldwide grossing Indian movie of 2023.
The Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial amassed Rs 148.5 crore globally on its opening day (Thursday, October 20), as per the production house Seven Screen Studio.
Leo marks the second collaboration of Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj after Master.
This film has screenplay written by Lokesh, Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy.
Produced by Seven Screen Studio, the film released in theatres worldwide on October 19 in 2D and IMAX formats in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
