Legend Saravanan’s next film titled Leader, teaser unveiled
Legend Saravanan’s next film project and title have been unveiled. Titled Leader, the film is directed by filmmaker RS Durai Senthilkumar who last helmed Soori’s action thriller Garudan.
The title teaser shows some group of men looking out for someone on a rainy day. In a heroic entrance, a man is showing thrashing the group of gangsters. What follows, is a mocobot shot-filled stunt sequence.
RS Durai Senthilkumar, one of the leading filmmakers in Tamil cinema, known for his films likeEthir Neechal, Kaaki Sattai, Kodi, Pattas, and Garudan, will be directing the film. With the production underway, the release date for Leader is yet to be announced. It will come out sometime in April this year.
Speaking about the story, the film’s team shared in a statement, “An ordinary man gets caught in a war between the underworld and the police force. Leader is about how he survives this intense conflict by protecting himself and those close to him.”
Payal Rajput has been roped in to play the female lead. Apart from them, the cast also includes Sham, Andrea, Santhosh Prathap, Lal, Baahubali Prabhakar, Amirtha Aiyer, VTV Ganesh, Aishwarya, Aranthangi Nisha, Iyal, Jeyasmirtha, Pathman, Yogiram, OAK Sundar, Mahanadhi Shankar, Mariyam George, Adithya Kathir, Vel Arunachalam, Niranjan, Shoban Babu, Ashok Pandian and others in important roles.
