“Kuttram Kadithal-2” shooting starts

The production house, headed by JSK Satish Kumar, is well-known for producing National award-winning films like ‘Thanga Meengal’ and ‘Kuttram Kadithal’. It also holds an important place in the industry for introducing many young and fresh talents, who are enjoying their greatest stature as well-recognized artists and technicians. Now, the production house is so delighted to officially announce its upcoming production titled ‘Kuttram Kadithal 2’. The film’s shooting has started today (July 28, 2025), and marking this occasion, the makers have unveiled the visual glimpse of this film.

JSK Satish Kumar has not been adored and acclaimed for his insatiable passion for producing and presenting excellent movies, but for his proficiency in stealing the spotlights as a commendable performer. He has exhibited his prodigious acting nuances in movies like Taramani, Peranbu, Kabadadaari, Aneedhi, Friendship, Vaalai and many more movies. He embarked on his directorial career with the successful hit movie ‘Fire’, which was a blockbuster hit. He was appreciated for his directorial craftsmanship and even garnered phenomenal response for his performance in a prominent role.

He is now playing the lead role in ‘Kuttram Kadithal 2’, produced by his prestigious banner of JSK Film Corporation. The film is directed by SK Jeeva, who shares the credit of screenwriting with JSK Satish Kumar. On the verge of retirement, a 60-year-old dedicated government school teacher is honored with the prestigious ‘Best Teacher Award’ by the Central Government. What should have been a peaceful farewell to his career turns into an unexpected journey filled with challenges, revelations, and emotional reckonings. As he navigates through this turbulent phase, the story unfolds into a heartwarming tale of resilience, integrity, and redemption, culminating in a poignant and powerful climax.

The film, made with a Thriller-Drama genre, is planned to be shot across the exotic locales of Tamil Nadu and Kerala like Theni, Sirumalai and many places.

Following this, he will be acting in the film Kuttram Kadital-2. The story of the film is that the central government announces the “Good Teacher” award to a 60-year-old school teacher who is on the verge of retirement.
