Kather Basha Endra Muthuramalingam review

Story:

The movie begins with the Siddhi Idnani, a mother figure of three young girls revolting against a pack of men in the village.

The battle is to save herself from being married off to one of the two influential men in her district that she shares bad blood with.

She then seeks the help of Arya who comes into picture.

What happens next and why were the influential men going behind Siddhi forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:

Director Muthiaya has as usually followed the rural commercial route and has delivered the movie with a good screenplay.

Arya’s physique fits the role of Kathar Basha perfectly, however the dialogue delivery could have been better. He is excellent in the action sequences.

Siddhi Idnani gets a meaty role and has done complete justice to the character.

She has got into the skin of the character which has multiple layers.

Rest of the cast including Aadukalam Naren, Prabhu have all done their part well.

GV Prakash’s background score is impressive.

Velraj’s camerawork has captured the proceedings in an effective manner.
