Kamal Haasan gives a major hint about Vettaiyadu Vilayadu 2
Kamal Haasan has hinted that the sequel to Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu, his immensely popular action thriller with director Gautham Menon, is very much in the works.
The actor-politician, who participated in the recent trailer launch of director Gautham Menon’s upcoming film, Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, said, “Gautham Menon and I talked about the gist of Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu 2 a few years ago. Unfortunately, Corona (virus) interfered.”
Kamal Haasan went on to say, “However, it will almost certainly happen again. Vels Film International has asked me to make a project for them, and I am not about to pass up such opportunities. We will complete the project as soon as possible.”
Furthermore, he stated that it was the fans, not the filmmakers, who had raised the standard of Tamil cinema.
