For nearly a decade, the Keanu Reeves-helmed franchise John Wick has been churning out the best action movies of all time. From a humble, yet very profitable global box office of $86M in 2014, to a striking $327M in 2019, it’s clear that the fandom for the franchise has only grown. Because of such a strong global brand, John Wick Chapter 4 sneak peek asset received an extremely successful debut at San Diego Comic Con with over 101M views worldwide. Chapter 4 of the series is around the corner, and Lionsgate released the trailer today giving fans a glimpse into the action- packed war against the High Table.
Keanu Reeves's portrayal of John Wick, a.k.a. the Baba Yaga is back to treat fans with an action-packed sequel. Releasing in theatres on 24 th March 2023, the fourth instalment is a direct sequel to the 2019 film John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum and will be the longest film in the Keanu Reeves series. John
Wick (Keanu Reeves) uncovers a path to defeating The High Table. But before he can earn his freedom,
Wick must face off against a new enemy with powerful alliances across the globe and forces that turn
old friends into foes. With new faces and extreme action sequences, Chapter 4 will showcase the biggest
showdown John has ever faced.
Headlined by Keanu Reeves, the film by Lionsgate also stars Donnie Yen, Laurence Fishburne, Bill Skarsgård, and Ian McShane. Chad Stahelski, who has directed the previous three films, has also directed the fourth one. Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Stahelski are producing the film, with Reeves and Louise Rosner serving as executive producers. The film is distributed by Lionsgate and produced by Thunder Road Pictures and 87North Productions.
