’Jiivi’ Vetri-Kishen Das starrer “Eerapadham Kaatru Mazhai”
Shedding lights on the film, director Saleem R Baadshah says, “Eerapadham Kaatru Mazhai, is an insightful film that portrays the life of three different individuals from three entirely different worlds and wants.
The film follows an uncommon way of story telling which mainly focuses on characters and their emotional deviations which steadily takes the plot to another level. The story expresses the ambiguous nature of life, that is – how cruel and kind life can be to one, at the same time.
It also gives us the thought that life is all about the perception of the individuals which explains there is no one human that is completely pure or completely evil. It’s all about how they encounter each other and its consequences.
The filming process is a whole different experience. So far, Each and every detail of the shoot is done with utmost care. As the story portrays three different parts of Chennai, most of the shoot is done in a live location to capture and maintain its original essence.
As for the casting, the trio of Vetri, Kishen Das and Deepthi have played the three main leads of the film. Each of them understood their characters from a simple physical gesture to deep emotions involved and have skilfully played their part to their best.
Last but not least, It is a great opportunity to work with BIG PRINT PICTURES, which mainly focuses on quality of the story in every movie they produce and they played a very crucial role in maintaining the actual creative essence of the story.
Actor Vetri, acclaimed as the bankable star of the trade circle for his right choice of scripts and roles keeps elevating his stature with every film. Kishen Das, who scaled greater heights fame even before entering film industry captured our attention with his captivating performance in ‘Mudhal Nee Mudivum Nee’ and few more movies. Besides, Deepthi, a promising theatre artist has delivered a stunning performance in this movie as well. With these powerhouse talents coming together for a film that owns unusual story with gripping narration, it’s going to offer a never-before cinematic experience for film lovers.
