Infinity movie review

Story:

The film follows a CBI officer who investigates a series of mysterious deaths.

The movie’s story begins with a series of mysterious deaths in which the victims are found dead with their eyes gouged out.

The CBI officer,  Natty, is assigned to investigate the case.

As the investigation progresses, he uncovers a dark conspiracy involving a secret organisation that is experimenting with human cloning.

What Natty does after that, why is the gang involved in cloning forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:

Directed by Sai Karthik, the movie has a suspenseful plot and its exploration of the ethics of human cloning are interesting.

However, the pace of the screenplay could have been better.  Nevertheless, the film has enough twists and turns to keep the audience interested.

The film’s performances are generally strong. Natty gives a solid performance as the CBI officer. He is believable as both a tough cop and a compassionate human being.

Vidya Pradeep also gives a good performance as the female lead. She is both intelligent and resourceful, and she helps Natty to solve the case.

Some of the supporting characters are underdeveloped and could have been utilised in a more efficient manner.

Music by G Balasubramanian compliments the theme of the movie well. Cinematography by Saravanan Srii keeps the proceedings in an engaging manner.

Rating: 3.2/5
