First look poster of Bharath and Vani Bhojan’s Miral released
The first look poster of Bharath and Vani Bhojan’s Miral has been released.
The movie is directed by debutant Sakthivel.
“I wanted to convey the genre of the film — a slasher horror/thriller — through the first-look poster. The film is set in a windmills farm, and involves a car journey of a family that runs into trouble,” says Sakthivel, adding, “As for the title, I wanted a proper Tamil word. The Tamil words miranduten and mersalaayitten come from the word miral, which means fear. It was apt for the script and so, we went with this title.”
Shooting for the movie took place in around Tenkasi, Ambasamuthiram and Chennai.
K S Ravikumar plays Vani Bhojan’s father in the movie.
