Director Bala and Muthumalar get divorce
Director Bala and his wife Muthumalar (popularly known as Malar) got divorced at a family court. Reportedly, they were separated for four years. Bala and Malar filed for divorce by mutual consent.
The two are parents to a beautiful baby girl named Prarthana. The news of Bala and Malar’s divorce came as a huge shock to everyone in the industry.
Reportedly, differences cropped up between director Bala and Malar several years ago. Due to this, they had parted ways four years ago.
Eventually, director Bala and Malar decided to file for divorce. On March 5, their divorce came through at a family court.
Director Bala and Muthumalar got married in a traditional ceremony on July 5, 2004, in Madurai.
