Dhanush concludes D54 shoot, jets off to Mumbai for Tere Ishk Mein promotions
National Award-winning actor Dhanush has recently concluded the shooting for his 54th film, provisionally titled D54, a highly-anticipated Tamil project directed by Vignesh Raja, best known for the acclaimed thriller Por Thozhil.
The film, which stars Mamitha Baiju as the female lead and features music by G.V. Prakash Kumar, is currently targeting a theatrical release in February 2026.
Immediately following the wrap-up, Dhanush wasted no time and traveled to Mumbai to shift his focus to his upcoming Hindi film, Tere Ishk Mein.
This project marks a significant reunion with director Aanand L. Rai, following their successful collaborations on Raanjhanaa (2013) and Atrangi Re (2021).
Described as a spiritual successor to Raanjhanaa and co-starring Kriti Sanon, the film is an intense romantic drama with music by A.R. Rahman.
The Mumbai visit is dedicated to initiating the promotional campaign for Tere Ishk Mein, which is scheduled for a worldwide release on November 28, 2025, demonstrating Dhanush’s active presence across both the South Indian and Hindi film industries.
