On1st May 2025 Sri B.S. Yediyurappa, Former Chief Minister of Karnataka, and Sri B.Y. Raghavendra, Member of Parliament from the Shivamogga Lok Sabha constituency, visited Mantralayam along with their family. Sri Mutt officials welcomed them and escorted them for Sri Rayara Darshana.
