Chevvaikizhamai movie review

Story:

Eerie deaths occur every Tuesday in the village of Mahalakshmipuram. Cop Nandita Swetha tries to investigate these deaths through postmortems.

However, her motive is opposed by the villagers.

What causes the death on every Tuesday, was Nandita able to solve the mystery, why did the villagers oppose the investigation forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:

Director Ajay Bhupathi has delivered a neat movie with strong technical aspects. The investigation scenes are good and raises curiosity. The emotional scenes and the flashback portions have worked out really well.

Nandita Swetha is impressive as the cop and does a neat performance with her body language and screen presence.

Ajay Gosh delivers a memorable performance and Chaitanya’s intense portrayal leaves a strong impact.

Payal Rajput has portrayed her character in a convincing manner and makes the audience resonate with her character.

The cinematography by Dasaradhi Sivendra effectively captures the proceedings.

Ajaneesh Lokanath’s music adds more momentum to the movie.
