Chennai Power Cut Areas Today 19-9-2026
Power Shutdown in the IT Corridor Area on 19.09.2026 from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Due to essential and emergency maintenance works, power supply will be suspended in the IT Corridor area on 19.09.2026 from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Maintenance works, including inspection and maintenance of power transformers, breakers and other electrical equipment at the 110 kV Substation in the IT Corridor area, are scheduled to be carried out to ensure system reliability.
Accordingly, power supply will be interrupted in the following areas from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on 19.09.2026. Power supply will be restored as soon as the works are completed.

IT Corridor: Navalur, Thazhambur, Siruseri, Karanai, Egattur, OMR Navalur, Padupakkam, SIPCOT Siruseri, Ezhilmuga Nagar, Jawahar Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Olympia, Santhiya Garden.
