Bharath’s Kaalidas 2 locks OTT release date
The Tamil crime thriller Kaalidas 2 has now made its way to OTT platforms after completing its theatrical run.
The Tamil version of the film is now available on multiple streaming services including Amazon Prime Video, Sun NXT, Aha, Simply South, Tentkotta, ShortFlix and Lionsgate Play.
The film, which released in cinemas on April 3, 2026, is a follow-up to the 2019 investigative thriller Kaalidas.
This time too, the story revolves around Inspector Kaalidas as he gets pulled into another tense and layered investigation that slowly turns darker as more truths come out.
Directed by Sri Senthil, the movie stars Bharath in the lead role. The cast also includes Ajay Karthi, Sangita Madhavan Nair, Abarnathi, Bhavani Sre, Prakash Raj, Kishore, Ananth Nag, Raja Ravindra, T. M. Karthik and Suresh Chandra Menon in supporting parts.
