Anya’s tutorial review

Story:
The web series is based on the lives of Lavanya and her elder sister Madhu.

Upset with her family issues, Lavanya moves out of her home and starts living alone.

This is also the time, the Covid lockdown is announced. Left with no choice, Lavanya starts an Insta handle called Anya’s Tutorial.

She starts showcasing fake spooky elements in her apartment hereby catching the attention of everyone.

The twist in the tale arises when Lavanya starts experiencing paranormal activities herself. What is the horror in the life of Lavanya? How is Madhu connected to it forms the rest of the stoyr.

Analysis:

Lavanya’s character is tailor-made for Nivedithaa Satish.

She has grabbed the opportunity with both hands and has utilised it well.

Nivedithaa has emoted well conveying the various emotions that her character goes through.

Regina Cassandra does her part well in the lesser screen time that she gets.

However, she creates a big impact in the flow of the movie.

Director Pallavi Gangireddy has showcased how social media damages today’s youth in this physiological thriller.

She has done a very good job of setting up the story in a modern premise that connects to today’s youth.

Technical aspects of the movie are rich as well.
