Agilan movie review

Story:

Agilan is the nodal point of all the illegal activities that take place in the harbour.

All these illegal activites are being lead by Kapoor. Agilan somehow wants to meet Kapoor. Meanwhile, he is assigned with the task of deporting a man who knows the secrets of several countries.

There is also a conflict between a local cop and Agilan. Was Agilan successful in his task, how did the conflict with cop end forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:

Ravi has teamed up with director Kalyan once again for Agilan. The first thing that captures the attention of the audience is the location where the entire film is shot.

The entire movie takes place around the harbour, sea and ships. The movie is a complete visual treat. Kalyan’s research for the script is clearly visible in the detaling.

The screenplay is racy and keeps the audience on the edge of their seat. Jayam Ravi has got into the skin of the character and has delivered a top notch performance.

He is natural in the role and has lived as the character. Rest of the cast including Priya Bhavani Shankar, Tanya Ravichandran and Chirag Jani have all done their part well.

Music by Sam C S is pulsating and elevates the scenes to another level. Rest of the technical aspects are good as well.
