Actor Ajith Kumar’s racing team secures podium finish in Spain’s 24H endurance race
Actor and motorsport enthusiast Ajith Kumar and his team, Ajith Kumar Racing, have clinched a podium finish at the prestigious Barcelona 24H Race in Spain.
The team secured a commendable 3rd place in the AM (Amateur) class of the Michelin Creventic Porsche GT3 Cup, marking a significant international win for the Indian star’s racing venture.
The team, which included international drivers Ralph Poppelaars, Huub van Eijndhoven, Cameron McLeod, and Gregory Servais, alongside Ajith Kumar, navigated the rigorous 24-hour endurance challenge at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
In addition to their class victory, the team finished an impressive fourth overall in the race, which is a major round of the European Endurance Championship 2025.
This podium finish solidifies Ajith Kumar’s return to professional motorsports. The actor had already made headlines earlier this year by securing a podium finish at the Dubai 24H race in January.
Securing a second podium in a major European event highlights the team’s growing prowess and consistency on the global racing circuit.
